How to create and manage your Brand identity

Updated over a week ago

Brand identity in Upfluence helps you move faster when building campaigns, finding creators, and working with Jaice AI. By setting up a brand profile, you give Jaice the context it needs to tailor suggestions to your company’s goals, tone, and priorities.

Why create a Brand identity?

Creating a brand identity helps Jaice:

  • Curate 6 ready-to-use searches for you after the brand is set up

  • Personalize your AI experience for campaign creation and influencer sourcing

  • Suggest campaign goals and recommendations that align with your brand

If you manage multiple brands or product lines, you can create multiple brand identities within the same account.

Where to create a Brand identity

You can create a brand profile from three different places:

Option 1: From the Search app

If you don’t have a brand identity yet, you’ll see a + Create brand button below the search bar. Click it to start.

Option 2: When creating a new Campaign (via Jaice)

  • If it’s your first brand: Jaice will guide you into a brand creation flow as your first step.

  • If you already have at least one brand: Click + Add new brand during the campaign setup.

Steps:

  1. Enter your website URL and click

  2. Jaice will autofill:

    • Brand name

    • Brand logo

    • Brand description

    • Brand industry topics

  3. Review, edit, and click to save

Option 3: From Account settings

  1. Click your profile picture (bottom-left corner)

  2. Go to My Account > Settings > Brands

  3. Click + Create brand

  4. Enter your website URL and click "Validate website"

  5. Jaice will autofill your profile; you can then adjust the brand details

  6. Click Create brand to finish

How to manage Brand identity after creation

You can edit or delete existing brands from your account settings:

  1. Go to My Account > Settings > Brands tab

  2. See all your saved brand profiles

  3. Click the Edit icon to make changes, or the Delete icon to remove the brand.
