Targeted discount codes allow you to focus your promotional efforts on specific products or categories, offering flexibility and precision in your campaigns. Whether launching a new product or focusing on non-discounted items, this guide will show you how to set up and manage targeted discount codes.

I. Creating a Tracking plan
Set Up a New Tracking Plan
Navigate to your campaign’s Settings and create a new Tracking Plan.
At the bottom of the Tracking Plan Setup page, locate the section labeled "Select Specific Products or Categories."
Enable and Select
Toggle the switch to enable selection.
Choose either Categories or Products (only one can be selected per plan).
Categories Option:
A list of all categories in your store will appear (including unpublished ones).
Check the boxes for the categories you want to include in the discount.
To remove a category, click the "x" icon next to its name.
Finalize your discount offer
After selecting your categories or products, click "Create discount offer" to confirm.
The discount code will be automatically generated and added to your store.
