How to understand each status in Workflow

When running a workflow campaign, influencers go through different status. Depending on each status you have different actions to take. You can easily find influencers under the same status using the Status filter available on your campaign dashboard.

What does each status mean?

Status

Meaning

Ready to invite

The influencer isn't invited yet. Click on "invite" to send the invitation email.

Influencer rejected

You rejected the influencer. Reach out to the influencer to let him/her know you are not willing to collaborate with them anymore.

Waiting for response

You sent your invitation email but the influencer did not accept your offer on the invitation page or reply to your email.

>Note: Influencers can send you an email to discuss your campaign before accepting the offer on the application page.

Influencer Not Interested*

Influencer refused your offer for a paid partnership.

Influencer Applied

The application form is filled in.

Send an update to the influencer to inform them you are happy to collaborate with them.

Shortlisted

You clicked on "shortlist" in the action column.

>Note: You can click on it even if the influencer did not accept your offer.

Influencer Responded

The influencer placed a counteroffer. The influencer did not accept your price offer and set up an offer. Click on the influencer profile to check their price. Send them an email to start negotiating.

Influencer Approved

You clicked on "approve" in the action column. Click on "product sent" or "send draft email" to send the 2nd email of your campaign.

>Note: You can click on it even if the influencer did not accept your offer.

Shipped Product

You clicked on "Product sent". The influencer received your shipping email, informing you that the products selected have been sent.

Draft requested

You clicked on "Send draft email". The influencer received your draft email requesting influencers to upload a draft of their content.

Draft(s) to review

Influencer uploaded a draft for your review. Check the draft and prove it before the influencer publishes its content.

Draft approved

The influencer draft has been approved via the client portal. Click on "Notify influencers" to send the publication instruction to the influencer.

Ready to publish

You accept the influencer's draft on the side panel. Click on "Notify influencers" to send the publication instruction to the influencer.

Publishing

You clicked on "notify influencer" and the influencer received the influencer your publication instruction email. Wait for the influencer to publish to send the payment email.

Authorized for Payment *

After the influencer publishes, you clicked on "Confirm" to authorize a payment request. Click on "Request Payment" to send the payment email.

Waiting for invoice and tax documents *

You clicked on "request payment" and sent the payment email, you are waiting for the influencer to upload their invoice and tax documents to process payment.

Payment Request Submitted *

The influencer completed the payment request form and the information has been collected by Upfluence. Go to your payment board to collect documents and proceed with influencer payment.

Note: Status are only available for "Payment" and "Payment & Product" types of campaigns.
