To receive your payment smoothly, your invoice must include all the necessary details. If your invoice is incomplete, the payment cannot be processed.

Invoice creation guide

Step 1: Fill out your details

In Box 1, enter:

  • Company name or your full name

  • Street address

  • City, State, ZIP code

  • Country

  • Invoice number

  • Invoice date

Step 2: Fill out the brand’s billing address

In Box 2, enter the billing details of the brand you are working with.

Step 3: Add payment details

In Box 3, include:

  • Description of work completed

  • Quantity

  • Unit price

  • Total amount

  • Currency (e.g., USD, EUR)

Step 4: Provide your payment method

In Box 4, enter the details based on your chosen payment method:

  • For Wire Transfer: Provide your bank information

  • For PayPal payments: Enter your PayPal email address

  • For Upfluence Pay: Enter your Upfluence Pay email address

🚨 Important:

  • If requesting payment via PayPal or Upfluence Pay, leave the bank information empty.

  • Ensure your payment method matches the one displayed on your payment page.
