Workflow is used to efficiently manage your influencer marketing campaigns. It is a crucial tool for organizing all aspects of your campaign including influencers' invitations, email communication, product compensation selection, social post draft submission, payment upon delivery, and more.
To start a new campaign, click the Workflow button (megaphone icon, 1).
If you haven’t created your first campaign yet, the Workflow tool will automatically guide you through the process on this page.
If you have already created a campaign in the past and want to create another one, you can simply click on the upside-down arrow (2), and then the
“ + ” button (3) to create a new campaign.
You can create your campaigns in either 4 or 6 steps depending on your campaign type:
1️⃣ Set up the basic information about your campaign.
First, define your campaign name.
Select your campaign owner. The campaign owner will be the one receiving all the notifications.
Set a number of Influencers you want to collaborate with.
Select the type of compensation you want to offer for this campaign. There are three types:
Payment & Product
Add tracked links (optional) Learn how to set up a tracking link.
Add discount codes & affiliate links (available for Shopify and Woocommerce users). Learn how to set up a campaign discount offer.
Add your Campaign logo (optional)
Add your Campaign Keywords, Hashtags & Mentions (optional)
⚠️ Once you create your campaign you won't be able to change the owner or the type of compensation.
👀 Tips: If you add a discount offer now, Affiliate links and discount codes will be generated automatically for influencers add to your campaign, Publication Instruction will be personalized for each influencer and more important you will be able to see influencers sales performance directly on your campaign dashboard.
2️⃣ Set up your campaign compensation:
Define the basic settings related to Influencer payments. This information will be displayed on the Influencer payment request page.
Product Settings (for product and payment & product campaigns)
Simply, click on the "Add Products" button and you will be able to add the products you want to offer as compensation for this campaign.
If you need to, you can add the details of each product: define a product name, price (the influencer does not see the price), and additional details if necessary (Size, color, material, etc.). The configuration system allows you to add any type of product you would like (items, vouchers, apparel, dematerialized content, etc.).
When you are finished, click on "Save Product".
Once you added all your product don't forget to add a Max number of products influencers can select. If you don't add a max number, influencers can select all the products you added.
3️⃣ Define the basic settings for the emails which will be used during this campaign.
Select the default email address your campaign emails will be sent from.
Add your desired email signature.
⚠️ Once you start inviting influencers to your campaign, you won't be able to change the default email.
4️⃣ Create your campaign brief
You can now create your briefing. This campaign brief will be linked directly to your first influencer invitation email and provide an overview of the campaign.
If you are offering product/s as compensation, we recommend that you add as many details as possible about them (photos, colors, descriptions, etc.) in your briefing to help influencers choose the products that fit them best. Once you have finished, you can proceed to the next step by clicking on "Publication Instructions" at the bottom of the page.

You can modify your influencer brief at any time in your campaign's settings.
5️⃣ Add Publication Instructions
Publication Instructions is a dedicated web page in which you can describe the various requirements related to publishing the content produced as part of your campaign (hashtags, tracking links, aesthetics, etc). The publication instructions will be linked in your Publishing email which will be shared with your selected influencers.
You can modify the publication instructions at any time in your campaign's settings.
Campaign Brief and Publication Instructions are optional. You can always modify them in your Workflow settings later. If you want, you can simply skip these two steps if you want to do a quicker campaign setup.
