The first capability of the Klaviyo integration is the ability to create new users in your Klaviyo lists, based on the profiles collected by our Live Capture App. When a new influencer signs up on our Live Capture widget, we automatically send this new user to a predefined Klaviyo list.

The second capability of our integration with Klaviyo is to automatically enrich the user profiles in your Klaviyo database, with data collected by our Live Capture tool.

For example, if a user signs up to your Live Capture widget and is already registered in an existing Klaviyo list, we will automatically enrich their profile with the social media data we have collected.

How do I choose which Klaviyo list I want to send the new influencers collected with the Live Capture app, or select the list as a reference to enrich the profiles data?

First, you need to configure your live capture campaign (edit text, colors, whitelisting rules, etc.). If you have never done this before, we suggest you follow the procedure explained in the following article: How to Configure your Live Capture Widget?

If you have already configured your widget, you can go directly to the next step.

In the last "Installation" step of your Live Capture campaign creation process, a new "Integrations" section will appear once your Klaviyo account has been successfully connected to Upfluence. Click on the drop-down menu and choose the list you want to use to make the connection between your Live Capture campaign and Klaviyo.

When it's done, you just have to confirm your choice by clicking on the "Dashboard" button and let your Live Capture widget collect new influencer profiles.
