If your email campaign stopped, it can be related to one of the three following points: 

  1. Your campaign in on pause 

    -> You need to click on "Run campaign"

  2. Some of the influencers in your emailing have missing information (emails, merging fields)

      -> You need to update either your email template or the influencer’s profile.

 3. Your reached your limit of monthly emails (your emails are scheduled for the 1st of next month)

       -> You can either wait until next month so your limits are reset or your can contact the Customer Success team to see how you could increase your monthly limit.
